EditorHub is the control room for software publishing teams: one keyword per editor, files fetched and scanned for you, and every post checked on the live page before it counts.
Invite-only accounts · your admin controls who joins
Illustration with example data.
When two pages on one site target the same query, they compete with each other. Google has to pick, and it often picks the weaker one. Internal links and authority split across both, so neither ranks as well as one page would have.
Two editors both write “best free vpn apk” in the same week. Nobody notices until rankings stall.
authority split · 50 / 50
The second attempt is refused at the database, and word-order variants are flagged before anyone writes.
authority · 100 / 0
Every step of a post has a home, an owner and a record. Nothing depends on a chat message.
A claim locks the keyword to whoever clicked first. The database refuses the second click and says who took it.
Ask for a build and the pipeline does the rest — or sends the copy the team already has, at once.
Paste the URL. The checks run against the real page — including walking the download button to the file.

A unique index on the site and the normalised keyword, plus a conditional update when claiming. If two people click at the same instant, exactly one claim succeeds and the other is told who took it.
It only approves what the live page proves. If the page contradicts a tick, cannot be fetched, or the editor skipped a check, it goes to a person with the reason. New editors stay in probation for their first posts.
Every delivered file has its SHA-256 and a VirusTotal verdict on record. Anything flagged waits for a person instead of being sent.
Editors see only their own requests and links; admins see everything. A file the team already holds is reused, so nobody waits twice.
No. Accounts are invite-only: your admin sends an invitation link and the editor sets a password from it. The admin decides which sites each editor sees.
Set up your sites, invite your editors, and the board is live the same day.
